Neil Sparkman

Neil Sparkman has worked as a legal assistant at Gooding Title since 2011. She is in charge of order entries, file management and organization, and assists in the drafting of contracts and legal instruments under the supervision of GTC attorneys. Neil was born and raised in Clarksville and graduated from Clarksville High School in 1984. She began her business career as an Order Entry Clerk for Phillips Industries and served in that capacity for 22 years. Neil serves on the Zoning Committee for the City of Clarksville, Texas. She also is a member of the First Presbyterian Church where she sings in the choir. Neil has been married to Billy Sparkman since 1990 and has raised three daughters.
