Alan E. Gooding

Alan E. Gooding was raised in Red River County and graduated from Clarksville High School in 1992. He then moved on to Baylor University where he received his BBA in Finance in 1996, an MBA in 1997, and then graduated from Baylor Law School in 2000. Alan began his legal career in construction and defense litigation in Dallas before relocating to Tucson, Arizona for the last 16 years. Having returned home to Red River County in January of 2021, Alan now focuses his law practice on real estate transactions, business transactions, probate and estate planning, and title underwriting. When he is not working, Alan enjoys his four incredible children, fitness, reading about business and history, reconnecting with old (and new) friends in Northeast Texas, and sports of all kinds – especially Baylor University sports (Sic’ Em Bears!!).
